The Philosophy
Here at Hosteria, cooking is never an exercise in style.
Rooted at the crossroads of diverse cultures, our cuisine embraces Friulian heritage and honors its complexity without oversimplifying it. We work by subtraction: minimal intervention, elevated ingredients, and flavors balanced through vibrant contrast, from San Daniele PDO Prosciutto to a fine glass of Friulano.
The result is an essential, dynamic culinary experience that evolves with the seasons and remains only as long as it has a story to tell.
