SPA Etiquette

We would like to guarantee relaxation and peace of mind.
For this reason, reservations are always required. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for our Guests and to maintain a high standard of service quality, Management reserves the right to limit access.
Admission will nonetheless be guaranteed to guests with a reservation.

RELAX

Silence helps you and other guests to relax. Please keep mobile phones and electronic devices on silent mode, and maintain a moderate tone of voice.

DRESS CODE

In the changing rooms, you will find a pool towel and a bathrobe. Swimwear is not included in the SPA kit.

ACCESS TO THE POOL, HYDROMASSAGE AND COMMON AREAS

Nudity is not permitted; swimwear must be worn. Deckchairs and sunbeds must remain where they are placed. The SPA promotes a healthy lifestyle: smoking is prohibited in all areas, including outdoor relaxation spaces.

ACCESS TO THE OUTDOOR SAUNA

The sauna is a space where an intimate and limited area is shared with people who are often strangers. On busy days, it is good practice to avoid taking up an entire bench by lying down, and it is essential to respect other people’s space by keeping an appropriate distance from your neighbor. To avoid burns, we advise against wearing jewelry, watches, or metal accessories. For hygiene and health reasons, flip-flops/slippers must be left outside the sauna.

CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Access to the Summer Club is permitted from 16 years of age and, until reaching adulthood, minors must be accompanied by their parents. Management disclaims all liability for minors, whose protection is entrusted to their accompanying adults.

COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS

Your point of view is important to us: please share your comments and suggestions with the SPA manager, as they will help us grow and improve. Open to hotel guests and external visitors. Ample parking available.
The Summer Club is a paid service – Not included in the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to offer an efficient and respectful service to all our guests, Vinum SPA applies the following cancellation policy:

Reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full charge for the booked service, except in proven cases of force majeure.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact Vinum SPA by phone or email, specifying the name under which the reservation was made.
In the event of a late arrival, we adopt a flexible approach: even without prior notice, guests will be able to access the service after the scheduled time, subject to staff and space availability.In the case of a no-show without any notification, the reservation will be considered cancelled with no possibility of rescheduling or recovery.
