RELAX

Silence helps your relaxation and that of the other guests: please keep cell phones silent and maintain a moderate tone of voice.

HOW TO DRESS

Upon arrival you will be given the keys to the locker, inside which you will find a Summer Kit consisting of a large towel, slippers and shower gel. The swimsuit is not included in the kit. However, in case of emergency, you will find disposable swimsuits for sale at the SPA reception.

POOL, WHIRLPOOL & COMMON AREAS ACCESS

Nudism is not allowed inside the common area, so we ask you to wear a swimsuit.
In the sauna and Turkish bath, on the other hand, bathing suits are prohibited. It is possible to cover yourself with a natural fiber cloth. To avoid burns, it is not recommended to wear jewellery, watches or metal accessories.

OUTDOOR SAUNA ACCESS

The sauna is an intimate and confined space shared with fellow guests, often unknown to one another. On busier days, guests are kindly asked to be mindful of others by refraining from lying across the full length of the bench, and to maintain a respectful distance from those seated nearby.
To avoid the risk of burns, wearing jewellery, watches or any metal accessories inside the sauna is strongly discouraged. For hygiene and health reasons, footwear must be left outside the sauna area at all times.

CHILDREN

Access to the whole Summer Club is allowed from 16 years of age. Until the age of majority, children must be accompanied by their parents. For children under 16 it is possible to book a baby sitting or entertainment service in advance.

COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS

Your point of view is important to us: communicate comments and suggestions to the SPA manager, they will help us to grow and improve.

The Summer Club is open to internal and external guests. Large parking available.

The Summer Club is a paid service – Not included in the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to provide an efficient and respectful service to all our guests, Vinum SPA operates under the following cancellation policy:

Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full charge for the booked service, except in the case of documented force majeure circumstances.

To cancel or amend a reservation, guests are kindly requested to contact Vinum SPA by phone or email, providing the name under which the booking was made.

In the event of a late arrival, we adopt a flexible approach: even without prior notice, guests will be accommodated after their scheduled time, subject to staff and facility availability.

Should a guest fail to arrive without any prior communication, the reservation will be considered cancelled with no possibility of rescheduling or recovery.
